Physiopreneur Academy is a professional education, mentoring and practice-development platform dedicated to empowering physiotherapists with the knowledge, skills and mindset required to build successful, ethical and sustainable careers and practices. Founded by Dr. Priyanka Bhandagey (PT) and Mr. Kirronn Bhandagey, the Academy emerged from their extensive experience in physiotherapy, education, clinical practice, entrepreneurship, business management and mentoring. Dr. Priyanka Bhandagey, a practicing physiotherapist, educator, mentor and author with over two decades of professional experience, brings the clinical and academic foundation to the Academy. Her experience through Lead Physio Clinics led to the development of the PBPA & C5 Practice-Oriented Approach, focusing on structured clinical practice, assessment, physiotherapy diagnosis, prognosis, treatment planning, communication and standardized processes. Mr. Kirronn Bhandagey, the Academy's co-founder and mentor, brings complementary expertise in business, strategy, systems, communication, leadership and entrepreneurship. His contribution focuses on helping physiotherapists understand and implement the non-clinical skills essential for building, managing and scaling a professional practice. Together, they have developed a Clinician + Entrepreneur approach that addresses an important gap in conventional physiotherapy education: the need to combine clinical competence with communication, practice management, business, leadership, technology, mindset and life skills. The Academy's structured learning and mentoring programs—including Level 1: 10X Growth for Physiotherapists and Level 2: 10X Physiopreneur Practice Growth Blueprint—help practitioners progress from foundational professional skills to advanced practice systems, growth and leadership. The Academy's philosophy is Aspire→ Aquire → Achieve → Contribute. It goes beyond conducting courses to build a community of Physiopreneurs who collaborate rather than compete, continuously learn, share experiences and contribute to the growth of the profession.
